Room to Move, Gather, and Celebrate
The Activity Center is a versatile space ideal for athletic events, large gatherings, banquets, fundraisers, and community activities. Features include:

The Fellowship Hall is a large, flexible gathering space well suited for dinners, receptions, meetings, and community events. Features include:

These smaller, flexible spaces are ideal for book clubs, small groups, informal meetings, and social gatherings. Features include:

Our classrooms and meeting rooms work well for workshops, tutoring, breakout sessions, small meetings, and weekday or evening gatherings. Features include:

All parking must follow posted signage and fire lane requirements.
To keep King of Glory safe, welcoming, and ready for everyone who uses it, all groups are expected to follow these guidelines.
Children and youth must be supervised by responsible adults at all times.
Groups are responsible for setting up their space and returning it to its original condition. Decorations must be removed and rooms left clean.
Any changes to the Sanctuary setup require prior written approval.
Tables used for crafts must be covered for protection.
King of Glory is unable to accept deliveries on behalf of renters.
Room capacity limits established by the City of Dallas Fire Marshal must be observed.
Church audio, video, and music equipment may only be used with prior approval and when a church-approved technician is present.
Food service must be arranged through approved caterers. Cooking is permitted only in the kitchen. Alcohol is not permitted on the premises except for Communion wine, unless written approval has been granted.
Decorations must comply with church guidelines. Nothing may be attached to walls without written approval.
King of Glory maintains a smoke-free environment.
Items may not be sold during an event without prior written approval.
Security or traffic control may be required for larger events at the renter’s expense.
Outside groups must provide a Certificate of Insurance naming King of Glory Lutheran Church as an additional insured.
A signed Release and Hold Harmless Agreement is required before the first event.
Renters are financially responsible for:
Tell us about your event, preferred date, estimated attendance, and space needs.
Church ministries and activities receive priority. Outside groups are scheduled on a first-come, first-served
basis.
Depending on your event, this may include insurance documentation, signed agreements, facility fees, and
approved A/V or security arrangements.
Reservations are confirmed once the request has been reviewed and all required payments and documentation
have been received.
If your event requires facility setup, signage, promotional support, A/V coordination, or other communications needs, submit the Facilities & Communications Form so our staff can coordinate your request.
